I believe the skills learnt on the Solution Focused training course will be beneficial in aiding me whilst supporting the young people we work with more effectively. Furthermore, the knowledge gained will assist me when liaising with my team, problem solving and will enable both myself and the team to look at any arising issues from a different perspective.  I loved Eileen’s style of training. Training courses can often be dull, however Eileen delivers her course with humor and energy keeping everyone engaged and on task. I walked away having gained a huge amount of knowledge and enjoyed the experience too!
