The training has given me a full understanding of Solution Focused conversations. With lots of practical examples, tools and ways of how I can use this approach when working with children, young people and their families. I’m hoping that this will open up a whole new way of empowering the people I work with to be able to make better choices to bring about change in their lives. Mawuli was an excellent trainer who brought a depth of knowledge and experience to the room along with enthusiasm that made the 2 days extremely fun and informative.

The training will be invaluable in allowing me to support students and work with our service users. As a victim liaison officer, I work with victims of crime by young people and this training will help support me to empower the victims to consider what has happened, what they would like to happen now and how this can happen. The training was very well delivered, it was fun and engaging.
