I shall make use of the ‘exceptions” particularly for pupils who have subject/teacher related fears. I will definitely use The Silent Session for example with pupils to develop understanding of coping strategies. I will continue to be curious and use analogies. I thoroughly enjoyed the two says, more specifically – I liked that the delivery was NOT power-point driven, was not “content heavy” – it was all about practice and less about postulating theory and process. The training was very fresh, very original and very entertaining.
