I loved the Reframing exercise and found them impactful which I feel will affect the way I approach young people who may be typically “hard to engage”. I also really liked Eileen’s “The Silent Session” especially with young people that are struggling to open up. Eileen was extremely knowledgeable and informative – the training has provided me with lots of information to support the young people I work with in my professional space but equally some amazing tools that I will use with my daughter at home too.

The training flowed was easy to follow and was not a “death by PowerPoint” experience at ask!!! Everyone was engaged and the lessons learnt are invaluable – thank you!

I feel that I now have a toolkit of Solution Focused tools and questions to use when working young people. I feel empowered that I am able to make a huge different to young peoples lives, even just by asking a simple question. I will definitely be asking The Miracle Question and using The Change Balloon in my keyword sessions.

I am also going to be much more mindful of questions I ask young people, particularly during Assessment. Eileen Murphy was a fantastic trainer – I have never met anyone like her. She has a wealth of knowledge and experiences and a real way of capturing the room and really getting you to think and reflect. I will be recommending her training to partner agencies. Again, thank you so much for this really insightful training

The affect this training will have on my work: Helping young people to consider small changes that they may have made in their lives in order to change a patter or behaviour – focusing on what methods and coping strategies they use to achieve. This course was one of the best and most enjoyable training course that I have attended. Eileen is extremely charismatic and knowledgeable and made the training so interesting! I would highly recommend this two day course to anyone and it was an absolute pleasure.
