In difficult situations it will heIp me to dissolve the problem rather than infuriate it. It will improve the quality of my teaching by heping the way I deal with children.

Excellent content and delivery. I feel I can use this with all my pupils in terms of my approach to the class and my interaction with them – it will help with behaviour management.

Excellent – very useful. J Henderson I will definitely be applying strategies I have learned today in my classroom. I think it will influence my approach to pastoral care and when problems with pupils arrive. This was a fantastic day – very influential and it will stay ingrained for a long time.
