The training will be invaluable in allowing me to support students and work with our service users. As a victim liaison officer, I work with victims of crime by young people and this training will help support me to empower the victims to consider what has happened, what they would like to happen now and how this can happen.  The training was very well delivered, it was fun and engaging. The theory was broken down into sections, explained well and example of how to put the theory into practice were understandable and adaptable.  Thank you for the opportunity to train with you.
