This training has given me so much more confidence when having to lead the Inclusion Framework meetings and has made me re-think how I may ask tricky questions and how to re-frame. Both trainers were exceptional – so funny and engaging and the information has made me feel so much more confident in my new role.

This training will have an enormous impact working with schools in challenging circumstances: reframing language, finding the exceptions. This is an amazing structure for school improvement projects as well as structuring sessions for direct work with children and staff. I enjoyed the two days of training immensely and it will shape the way that I work in my new role.

I will use this training during conversations with Head Teachers, SENDCOS and class Teachers to move away from negative “can’t do” conversations. I will use it with pupils during 1:1 work. I have used it at home with my husband and daughter!

Both trainers were excellent and the way the training spiraled around to reinforce previous teaching points and illustrated the “how to’s” with narratives helped to embed the learning as it was being delivered. I laughed a lot which always helps embed learning. I liked the way the Trainers have obvious lived experience of  service delivery themselves and are bold in sharing their philosophy, life approaches and stories.

The training was really useful and taught me how to notice the positive changes in young people on a week by week basis. The language used when talking with a young person is vital and the training showed this – by amplifying the small improvements made by young people will show that their achievements are recognized and noticed.  Great training, thank you!
