I do not think the application of this training should be limited to work – I think I need to apply it to all areas my life, to live and breathe it, to make it natural and instinctive. It just makes total sense – I can only hope I continue to improve in the delivery. I can’t believe this is the first time I have come across this reasoning and explanation. It should be mandatory in schools and definitely in all social care courses.

I will use the “Reframing” process when speaking with parents and will refrain from finding the solution for the parent and instead guide them to resolve their own issues. I will also encourage parents to focus their energy not on fighting the old but by building the new.
