I have now realized that the past is not an essential tool to engage with women we work with. I had never realized how effective positive language was before this training. Many women I work are clearly focused on all the bad points of their lives and I can now turn the conversation around so that they start telling me about where they want to be rather than only where they have been.

I liked the technique of identifying the positive behaviour in the person and focusing on that, questioning them about resources they use within themselves to achieve this: “being curious”. Eileen as a trainer was absolutely fabulous – I can’t compliment her enough – I was focused for every minute of the whole three days. Fantastic, a very memorable three days training.
