Attending the training has really encouraged me to think in a new way – I will be able to utilize these strategies and resources within my Parenting Assessments and Family Support.  I think that I can now take a more proactive route in supporting clients to make change, feel ownership and look for their own solutions.

There are so many aspects of this way of working I could use in the different areas that I work in. I could use parts of this when I supervise family time (contact) or the whole Solution Focused P&I Programme in the direct work that I complete. I firmly believe this could change many of our families lives for the better.
