I feel that the training will impact things in my personal life which will also change how I view my work. I have found myself using The Change Balloon with the majority of my families. I am focusing on “what has gone well” in meetings and trying to get families to focus on what has worked well in the past and setting tasks to “keep it small”. This is really the best training I have been on.
