The training was very reflective and made me think about certain situations I have been in and how I can now turn this around just by using simple language. From start to finish, the training was great – very informative and engaging. Everything that was spoken about I am able to put into practice. The delivery was fab and confident.

I feel that the training will impact things in my personal life which will also change how I view my work. I have found myself using The Change Balloon with the majority of my families. I am focusing on “what has gone well” in meetings and trying to get families to focus on what has worked well in the past and setting tasks to “keep it small”. This is really the best training I have been on.
