Having had some SFBT Training before, but not of this quality, it reinforced my knowledge base but gave me confidence to incorporate the method, language, tools etc that Eileen gave us. Our Core Team now has started working with children and we’re very keen and enthused to implement this training. This will have a great impact on school and therefore improve the life chances of our pupils. Very inspirational and moving – I thoroughly enjoyed my two days, so thought-provoking and humorous. She reminds you why you do the job you do!

Within 24 hours I was conscious of language I used with our children. We are setting up training for our Pastoral Team. It completely revolutionised the way I think and deal with challenging pupils. I have teaching now for 27 years and this was the best training, the most energising, enlightening and inspirational 2 days I have ever spent. In the midst of a busy week, it completely energised me and gave me such a motivation to try new strategies. A huge thank you to Eileen who was just phenomenal as a trainer.

I am so encouraged to focus on the future rather than only what may have been in the past. I think that this approach will offer hope to our clients and help them realise that things have worked well in the past. I think that this will work well to raise self-esteem where there may have been none. I personally feel that I have been given new tools to do my job and look forward to using these with the families I work with. I enjoyed the two days training and could have stayed longer. Both trainers were very knowledgeable and made the days interesting and fun.
