I found this training amazing. The insight in to a different outlook and approach will hugely help using the different tools to try and get more from the young people themselves and help them make their own decisions/strategies/solutions to their own issues. I found Eileen fantastic! The training has made me think differently and has motivated me to help others decide their own recovery/journey.

I do not think the application of this training should be limited to work – I think I need to apply it to all areas my life, to live and breathe it, to make it natural and instinctive. It just makes total sense – I can only hope I continue to improve in the delivery. I can’t believe this is the first time I have come across this reasoning and explanation. It should be mandatory in schools and definitely in all social care courses.

The training will help with everything! Working with parents to empower them to come up with solutions. It will also have a very positive impact on Supervision with staff. I will also encourage parents to focus their energy not on fighting the old but by building the new.
